The rules for shopping with Banfos.

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken through Paystack by Mobile Money or card. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price.

Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and depend on your location.
Please make sure your phone number and address details are correct, so our rider can reach you.

Contact us within the period stated on our FAQs page if there is a problem with your order.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
